Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. Well we do plumbing, electric, painting, tiling etc
sadly did a very bad job on a simple shelf job. A nail Went through the wall, he dropped something resulting in skirting board damage, shelves were wonky, shelves had massive nails in creating holes that were far too big for the wall, nails falling out of the massive holes. Still wasn’t fixed despite getting him back again for a 2nd visit. We managed to get £60 of the £260 back but never got a ‘sorry’. Have had a professional round now to fix everything but there are still holes in the wall you can see.

Small bathroom totally renewed in 8 days: Ion kept the place tidy everyday after work. He gave suggestions but no pressure to get the things I like. He picked the perfect wall and floor tiles for me. Ion is very friendly and hard working. He does his job to the highest standard. He changed the little things I have asked, and the final touch was amazing! After seeing mine, my sister also wanted her bathroom done too. Finally the charges was very fair and good, compared to others. Highly recommended 5 star
I do not usually leave reviews but to protect other customers this is a review worth leaving. Please do not use this builder, he was incompetent and did not manage to complete any of the works to a suitable standard. On top of this he fitted a new tap on my bath tub but did not connect the waste pipe and as a result caused a leak which effected the apartment below. Tiling and shower door were not fitted correctly and these were straight forward jobs and have to be redone.
