Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. He fitted the work in quickly, sourced all the materials delivering new tiles for me to look at to my front door; and went all the way to Watford to fetch them because they weren't available locally; he communicated regularly, and oversaw the job in my absence.
