Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. Not pleased with the Tiling at all. On the top side concerning price. The Mosaic Tiles Maciej fitted are messy and uneven and are covered with spots of adhesive which is proving very difficult to remove. The rectangular tiles fitted elsewhere in the bathroom were also unevenly spaced and the finished effect not up to a professional standard. The Bathroom was also left in a untidy state upon completion. For this level of cost I expect an experienced tradesmen and not an amateur learning of the job.

The work was done well and he even picked up a few things from B&Q for me. Unfortunately when he plumbed in the sink he plumbed the the hot water to the cold tap and vice versa. Also, he left a saw mark in my Ercol kitchen table with a bit of his blood which he never told me about. But then neither did I. All things considered I would hire the man again and have no issue recommending him for other jobs.

John is a really nice guy, I'd love to rate his actual work but after chasing for quotes for a few weeks I should have realised. I've been constantly chasing for three months to get the work complete. No option but to return insurance cheque for payment for the work I can't get completed and go through the whole process again with someone reliable. Shame as i said he seemed a really nice guy!.
