Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. Phillip was great from start to finish, and had loads of good ideas to help me design the bathroom based on my starting points. Worked really effectively and cleaned up every day, and always checked if it was ok to leave things for the next day. Disruption was minimal, he made sure essential items were up and running as fast as possible. He was also great with our young kids, really friendly and did a great job. Will definitely use Phillip on future projects
