Not a great experience. New shower tray walk in shower fitted for disabled parent. Returned to find a very poor job. Not sealed around the tray, along the trim and sealant on panels at the top missing and incomplete. Black scuff marks left on the ceiling. Root cause identified that the trader uses contractors for some parts and clearly doesn't inspect their work therefore had to withhold payment (although pressured on email to pay) to make sure it was put right. Most rectified I'll complete sealing.

This company was amazing. The job was tricky but they kept at it finally restoring heating where others couldn’t They had to raise carpets flooring and floorboards but everything was put back perfectly. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company.

I would not hesitate to recommend S & L Property Services (Leeds) Ltd. Luke and Jamie fitted my kitchen within the expected time, as quoted and did a fantastic job. They went over and above to sort out my design and the delivery when my supplier messed up!; showed great attention to detail and finish; were very clean and tidy; and even started early & finished late get the kitchen finished on time. Removed a load bearing wall and installed an RSJ from start to finish. Reasonable price and more importantly did the job fast in 2 days exactly including plastering and even cleaning up. Prices and other charges clear from the start. Pleasant team and kept me updated whilst I was at work. Would not hesitate to work with again, jimmy and his team were fabulous.
