Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. Kai contacted me concerning the reassembling of an Ikea flat pack wardrobe, gave me a fair quote on the job, rescheduled diary so he could complete the job within 48 hours, arrived promptly at the agreed time and completed the job within the time frame we agreed. Kai was efficient prompt and professional throughout.

The guy was honest, told what he could and couldn't do. Installed the bedroom door fine, is still working fine till date, it has been 3 years. He said he could only temporarily fix the bathroom folding door. And it still holds after 3 years. Very happy with his work.
