Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. I want to share my experience with Mr. Billie Woods, as it's important for others to be aware. I hired him for a toilet job and paid upfront, but he failed to complete the work and disappeared with my money. After many attempts to contact him, I had to take legal action. I eventually won a court judgment, but it has been a long process. Mr. Woods is now being pursued by the police and the court for the funds he took. And was at a good price especially considering it was a very niche job! They had great communication and was able to help with any questions we had. Mark did an excellent job removing an old shower enclosure and installing a new. larger and more suitable one. For one plumbing project, he felt it better to get someone with the appropriate skills - he sorted that out and found a good person to do that job. Mark was friendly, punctual and cleaned up well at the end of the project.

Carl's plumbing service was outstanding. He's incredibly knowledgeable, explaining complex issues clearly. He installed a water softener and tap flawlessly, even optimizing under-sink space. Kind, courteous, and mindful of noise with a baby around, he fixed a faulty tap repeatedly without extra charge. His prices were very reasonable, and he even corrected a water tank installation error (pipe replacement & soldering) at no cost. Highly recommended for his expertise and exceptional service.

Do not be fooled by Stephen's laid back nature and quite approach, the structural building work we asked him to undertake was, once agreed, carried out to the letter, completed on time, to a very high standard and within budget. We would not hesitate using Stephen again for any building work.
Although my job turned out to be more complex and time consuming than originally thought, John found solutions to all the problems and did a great job. I would definitely use the services of Tub Bathrooms again and would recommend them to others.
