Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. Richard did a very good job on relaying floor tiles to my bathroom floor, including refitting 2 new tiles which were cracked ones . Due to previous movement he installed a flexible mat and then the special adhesive to ensure thorough fixing and stability. The job was completed ahead of schedule and he was thorough with attention to detail. Will have him back again for next job in kitchen.

Not a great experience. New shower tray walk in shower fitted for disabled parent. Returned to find a very poor job. Not sealed around the tray, along the trim and sealant on panels at the top missing and incomplete. Black scuff marks left on the ceiling. Root cause identified that the trader uses contractors for some parts and clearly doesn't inspect their work therefore had to withhold payment (although pressured on email to pay) to make sure it was put right. Most rectified I'll complete sealing.
