Quick reply but the job was not done properly. Screws were not installed correctly and 2 of them were missing the screw heads. I had to call another carpenter to fix it.

We specialise in bath to walk-in shower conversions with coverage of many areas of the UK.
Not a great experience. New shower tray walk in shower fitted for disabled parent. Returned to find a very poor job. Not sealed around the tray, along the trim and sealant on panels at the top missing and incomplete. Black scuff marks left on the ceiling. Root cause identified that the trader uses contractors for some parts and clearly doesn't inspect their work therefore had to withhold payment (although pressured on email to pay) to make sure it was put right. Most rectified I'll complete sealing.

Each time, I was made to wait for hours with excuse after excuse about delays, only for them to never show up. Would NOT recommend. Friendly but very slow on the project, having to cancel carpets and house moving dates, ruining our first Christmas in the house. Would have been quicker if he actually worked longer than 3 hours a days. Not only that, but very unprofessional leaving a complete mess of the whole of upstairs with broken tiles. And dust all over our freshly painted walls. "Finished" and had to call him back. "Finished" again for him to not complete the job leaving me to fit the sink and grout tilesmyself.
