Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. Martin was extremely professional and spent the best part of 2 hours trying to fix our toilet, even going as far as checking the external drains. Although he wasn’t able to solve the problem at least I now know what to do next and he provided several useful videos of our problem to help with that. Would recommend and would definitely hire again.

Next stage was a an arranged visit to the showroom, and have to say the standards were a lot higher than I could imagine. Time needs to be spent working on preparation. The positioning (layout) of the tiles is very important. Tiling is all about aesthetics & balance. Its worth knowing that we can provide a complete bathroom service, including plumbing and Electrical work. Please note that I have public liability insurance. Please also note that when purchasing tiles you must buy an extra 10%. This is to allow for cuts & wastage. Waste disposal is the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed prior to the job being undertaken. In most cases we are 'local' to you & you can always contact us via mobile/landline/email My public liability insurance is with a company called 'Simply Business'. Further details can be provided on request. Please remember, there are certain things you should/should not do in tiling. We do not cut corners. We do things the correct way (even if it takes us longer to complete the job). As a result, we will only tile a surface that is suitable for tiling onto. We, at times, have had to turn down jobs where customers want me to tile unstable or unsuitable surfaces. You will notice that VAT is not included in the pricing. I have worked for years with a number of different experienced tradesmen and can complete any renovation job in a timely managed manner. I have a wealth of experience in hydrated screed and water underfloor heating systems, unfortunately, I see so many people getting this expensive process wrong.
