I am so pleased with Michael and Jay. They installed 2 radiators and a towel rail in my loft bathroom. They also connected the toilet waste and water. It was probably a little tricky as I had been let down by my builder and so they had to complete the second fix of someone else’s work. They arrived early and did not leave until they were confident everything worked as it should. All done in one day. They are lovely polite and friendly guys. I would hire them again. Their costs were very competitive.

The remark 'You do not have any choice.' completed this sorry picture, with permanent bargaining. Then, ignoring that customers' reviews are customers' prerogative, the plumber asked for a '5 star' rating. This disqualifies any rating previously received. Builder from hell, too much problems to list, poor workmanship, walls and tiles not straight, flooring laid incorrectly, water pipes not connected correctly causing leaks, walked out halfway through the job and refused my calls, he left me with expensive remedial work to correct his mistakes.

I want to share my experience with Mr. Billie Woods, as it's important for others to be aware. I hired him for a toilet job and paid upfront, but he failed to complete the work and disappeared with my money. After many attempts to contact him, I had to take legal action. I eventually won a court judgment, but it has been a long process. Mr. Woods is now being pursued by the police and the court for the funds he took.
