Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. We’ll definitely have Shah back for the next phase of our renovation when we’re ready!

Pasa and Chris carried out a refurb of our kitchen this week. New quartz worktops, new sink, hobs, tiling etc. All carried out without fuss in less than three days. Work done to very high standard in a clean and tidy manner. Kept us fully informed throughout of work being done and any issues arising for our agreement. I have to agree with Stephen ME2, in that the proprietor seemed less than interested in locating and fixing the leak, as detailed, and very focussed on selling me a new bathroom instead, and start there and then.. I can only suspect that they didn't bother with anything as trivial as taking time to plan or consult with me for fear that I might back out before it was too late. What clinched it for me was his emphatic insistence that my inurers would pay for it. As if he could possibly determine that!
