The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. Marius, has been left the door with the holes although he charged for the wood filler. He also installed one door tilted and left holes on the side, has not cared about filling the gaps. He refused to provide invoice or receipt saying that because I do not have a company. Once I provided him with my company details, he said he will call me still not have provided them. He also took too long, four days.
Colin can turn his hand to anything. A brilliant worker and has a very high attention to detail. The coving in the house dates back to the 1930s and not available to purchase any more. Coming was able to band make a section of the coving and honestly you could not tell. Great Job. So good have engaged him on a number of additional projects since and the standards are exceptional.

STAY well away from this company. Quoted to fit stair carpet and stair rods. Arrived late and Ryan started to cut the stair rods. Ryan stayed for 3 hours then just walked out with no warning and never came back. I then found out that he cut 8 of the stair rods incorrectly. I advised him of this and he said he would replace. After not responding to my texts I can assume he is not replacing them which has now left me £88.00 out of pocket to replace. Be warned .

Ken was by far the most professional builder that came round to quote for the work. He explained what would be required to complete the work. Including building regs and structural engineer requirements. Therefore we were pleased that ken's quote was slightly cheaper than the others we recieved. The work was completed to agreed timescales and a very high standard with minimal impact and fuss. I have no hesitation in recommending ken and will contact him first before posting a job for future planned work
