Then, ignoring that customers' reviews are customers' prerogative, the plumber asked for a '5 star' rating. This disqualifies any rating previously received. We’ve had constant small leaks that have got worse. We finally discovered the source, at great expense: bad installation - specifically mixing copper and plastic. It looked fantastic when it was completed but behind the glossy veneer, corners have been cut and it has been an expensive disappointment. I would warn against using this company. You might not discover immediately, but shoddy workmanship, like leaks, won’t stay hidden for long!
