Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. Turned out the tradesman lived round the corner from us so we now know a good local joiner. He was promt with appointments, good efficent worker and friendly. All in all a good person to know for future jobs.
