Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. This was my first time employing a tradesman and using Rated People. George and his team from AG Building did the job.
I do not usually leave reviews but to protect other customers this is a review worth leaving. Please do not use this builder, he was incompetent and did not manage to complete any of the works to a suitable standard. On top of this he fitted a new tap on my bath tub but did not connect the waste pipe and as a result caused a leak which effected the apartment below. Tiling and shower door were not fitted correctly and these were straight forward jobs and have to be redone.

Sheldon was supposed to come between 12-1pm. Didn’t show up or respond to messages until after 3pm at which stage said he is delayed and working in a basement. It’s just not good enough.

S&D fixed our kitchen ceiling after a leak. Nicholas also painted the ceiling, painted our living room ceiling and installed tiles in our kitchen. All done in 2 days.
