The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. Hello, my name is Joshua Broadbent and I have been involved in property maintenance and refurbishment for the past 20 years; qualified in plumbing and electrical maintenance and repair with experience in many other areas including tiling, carpentry and decorating. I’m new to rated people but can provide many verifiable reviews upon request.
I do not usually leave reviews but to protect other customers this is a review worth leaving. Please do not use this builder, he was incompetent and did not manage to complete any of the works to a suitable standard. On top of this he fitted a new tap on my bath tub but did not connect the waste pipe and as a result caused a leak which effected the apartment below. Tiling and shower door were not fitted correctly and these were straight forward jobs and have to be redone.

We recently had a leak in our downstairs toilet and needed a tap repaired. We called Clever Heating and they were able to arrange a suitable day and time for the repairs.
