Guttering and Rainwater Pipe
Don't hire this young man. Charged me £240. Used existing pipe and said he had sealed it back on .He was from Grantham but in my area. He was here 30-40 minutes. Work done on 2 September. It fell off after 6days. I'm a pensioner and money is tight. He left me a phone number that doesn't exit and the company phone number just rang and rang. It's very upsetting.
Internal Lighting
It took 3 appointments before an electrician arrived on the day and at the time agreed because on 2 occasions they were still busy with the job before me.. I obviously had to stay in waiting on all those days. Once the person arrived they did an effective job within the hour..
Plumbing Repair & Maintenance
Mr Gibson did a prompt and professional job and was very nice.
Home Maintenance / Repair
Very disappointed. Booked in Friday but cancelled on the day, failed to show up Monday. I called only to be told the engineer was not in the area today. Re-arranged to Wednesday, only for them to call me Wednesday afternoon to cancel the job. Also watch out what they quote over the phone as I had a discrepancy with what the tradesperson said they’d been told when the engineer called directly.

Rang and offered appointment same day 4-5PM. They called back at 5:15 to say actually tradesperson wouldn’t be able to attend today as run out of time. Offered appointment 12-5 following day (Saturday). Heard nothing by 5PM so called to ask. Told was still coming and would be there by 6:30. Didn’t show, never heard back. Couldn’t contact office despite being 24/7. Tradesperson rang Monday morning to ask if still needed. Said yes, then said would be able to come sometime on Wednesday hopefully. Did eventuall
