Charged £264 having given me an estimate of £85. Took no notice of my requirement that they ring with a definite time. Arrived about 5.25 pm after saying it would be 4pm or earlier.

Thank you for your review. We always endeavour to attend site at the scheduled time, unfortunately due to factors beyond our control this is not always possible. We apologise for the inconvenience caused. with regards to the charges our rates and minimum 1 hour term is quoted (and recorded) during the booking process and provided in writing prior to work commencing. If these rates and terms are not accepted customers are not obliged to engage our services.

You estimated £85 and then charged £264. Your reply does not acknowledge this though you know it to be true.
