They did the job fine but my problem was £150 including vat that is too much for what I had done I feel ripped off and will never use them again or recommend them. It's not like they had to provide the part either I did. As a disabled person I feel taken advantage of I almost embarrassed

The terms of the contract were not clearly explained and the job was a lot more expensive. The charge was ridiculous and the plumber was rude and inappropriate. We could’ve bought a new toilet with what they charged us and had it fitted.
