Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. Quotes got changed regularly as boiler was not inspected properly to begin with that led to multiple visits and the original quote being wildly out. They tried to charge me for the initial 5 min look before the quote was provided.
