Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. Excellent visit from Kevin and Phil yesterday to carry out maintenance work on our 14 Velux windows. They did a thorough job of cleaning and lubricating the hinges and mechanisms, and solved issues we had opening a couple of the windows. They were polite, informative and left everything in perfect shape. And very good value for money. Highly recommended.

Initially approached Glenn for a quote for painting and decorating, but became aware of other skills for a separate job I couldn't get a tradesman for. (Internal modification) Glenn was excellent in providing details of the job, he turned up the same day to survey, quoted a fair price and started the job the following week. It was a pleasure to have Sam install our bathroom. Nothing was too much trouble and he even called 2 days before the start date to check all was OK and proceeded to fit a new gate valve to enable me to disconnect the old suite. He also collected bathroom fittings for us to save a 30 mile round trip. He worked hard on the installation to finish it as soon as possible but maintained a very high quality of finish. He made suggestions to improve the final appearance which were very welcome.
