Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. I am a time served 30 year plus ceramic tiler & bathroom fitter, experienced in bathroom fitting , wet rooms all aspects of tiling from a splash back to swimming pools, member of IKBBI, CRB checked, my builder member, please google me, public liability 2 million. All carpets fully protected, generally a bathroom fit will take 6/9 days I do not leave and go to other jobs, you will not be left with out a toilet. I also fit shower pumps digital showers and what ever needs to be pumped in a bathroom, including power showers, Water storage tanks upgraded to required water supply, I will turn most rooms / bedroom’s and cupboards into a working clk room or bathroom, door ways removed and built, all rubbish removed if required.
I used this tradesman because of his good feedback. I was very pleased with tiling and fitting of the units but his plumbing obviously left a lot to be desired. He didn't finish the job and left me with a problem with the tap, this could have been sorted if he had known what he was doing. He came back to try and sort it and said he would be back the following week but never appeared. I have since had a reputable plumber in to finish the work which turned to be more than just the tap!!

Whilst the job took longer than expected it cost me no more than the original quote. After 2 - 3 days it became clear that the problem had not been resolved however he has agreed to come back and install a new part to see if this solves the problem. He has said that he will only charge me for the part and not his time. At the end of day you cannot get it it right first time every time, however it is not often that you will get a tradesman who will keep working with you to solve a problem. So whilst the problem is not solved I am impressed by the reliability of the individual involved.
Nicholas managed to fix an issue that I was beginning to think wouldn't be possible as I have had 2 plumbers previously look into it. He was reliable, well spoken and charged fairly for the work he carried out. I would definitely recommend Nicholas to anyone looking for a good, knowledgeable, dependable and friendly plumber.
