Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. We’ll definitely have Shah back for the next phase of our renovation when we’re ready!

I needed a quick but complete bathroom refurbishment. After being messed about by 3 other plumbers, Andrei was the only person who seemed interested in the project. He was very thorough and made sure I was happy with the results. He was able to look at every part of the project (Flooring, bath & Toilet installment & tiling), and stuck to the budget and quote that was established.

It has been quite a while since he totally transformed my bathroom to an amazing wet room, sorry Laurance, ill health caused the delay, but that shower was a big help to me. There were a lot of complications and frustrations, it was a challenge for him and he worked all hours, gone midnight on a few occasions, he had a deadline and he made it. Previously a Production Engineer, but decided to change to a job that was more hands on with a good social connection. I chose building work – so I have a good balance of technical skills and practical skills gained over many year of working on Builds. My first two builds were complete builds from the ground up, so I had to seek out and get trades on-site to complete work I didn’t have the skills for. Over time I have carried out all sorts of work over the past few years from Setting out a site, Groundworks, Blockwork, Construction, Timber work/studding, Plaster boarding, Fitting kitchens and Bathroom, as well as Wooden Flooring and Tiling, and of course decorating. I leave plumbing, electrical work and plastering to the trades ( and have good contacts ) – but I have a good eye for detail but enjoy fitting kitchens, bathrooms, doors, skirting, and painting.

Have you ever been in a position to say "I just got lucky" Well I hadn't until I met Steve, I needed a Bathroom and Kitchen ripped out and replaced with new, my brief was simple, it needed to have a Wow factor, I choose from pictures on Steve's phone a Kitchen and Bathroom he'd already finished, then left everything for him to sort out? Chris contacted as quickly and came the same day to visit for a quote and to give advice on the projects we were proposing. Both the advice and the work were excellent. The job was finished when expected - there was a delay with a part but this was due to a third party - Chris managed the ordering and chasing of this and returned to finish the last section of the job promptly.
