Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. Peter has just finished laying a limestone floor in our new extension and we are really impressed with the quality of the work. Peter cares about doing a good job and was very professional. We have had multiple trades on site and he was able to work alongside them. We also made a change in our tile choice in one room last minute and he was patient and reasonable about this. I've changed my rating as the toilet seat that was supplied broke after a few months. Not the plumbers fault but when I contacted him he ignored me. Not great service.

Terry was great, he came promptly, was friendly and carried out the work needed to a good standard, will use again.
Attended promptly but did not conplete all the work I asked for. Just changed a fuse and replaced a light switch. When I asked him to return to complete the work he was very reluctant to do so.
Turned up on time for both the estimate and doing the job. They were polite and professional. I have to mark them down a bit on tidying up afterwards but that was not a serious concern and I would happily use them again.
