Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. Discussed the issue and decided a plan to send a person with a camera to view/diagnose issue, person turned up without camera. Couldn’t do anything really, so i text them to highlight the fact it wasn’t as we agreed, didn’t even bother to reply. Wasted both of our time and generally unprofessional.
