Excellent plumber. Came out immediately around 9pm at night, stopped our living room flooding. The whole situation was a nightmare as the stopcock under the sink had seized aswell as the ballcock snapping from the tank in the loft. He then came back promptly the next morning when he said he would, with new parts and fixed the water tanks and stopcock, and was very reasonable with pricing. Will be keeping contact details for any future needs.

Paid £650 to damp proof a small area next to my patio door and as at today the area is still wet. Contacted Michael numerous times as he said that the work is guaranteed for 10 year and I can contact him anytime if there is any issues but I’ve had no response. Will write this one off as a bad experience and will get a reputable company to correct it. I will not be using this company again and would not recommend as I don’t believe that damp proofing is something that he does.

Tommy you never once mentioned having to pay for "smashed tiles" you said you would be back to finish and you never returned you was paid for a complete job which was never completed so as far as im concerned we were conned! How is it another tiler turned up and finished the job without having to replace any tiles and had no problem with what the plumber had done?? With regards to the plumber he asked a number of times if he could work along side you to which you replied no as he would be in the way!

Horrible ,we had garage conversion done by Lee, 2 months after water started to leak from the ceiling, called him to check it, he came said he will take ceiling down, check if this is condensation, dry it and put it up again, we set the date to come and fix it, 7 months later nothing has been done, Lee didn’t answer any emails or phone calls, we had to take ceiling down ourselves to find out he cut pipe from bathroom fan just to make the wall look straight causing condensation

Not a great experience. New shower tray walk in shower fitted for disabled parent. Returned to find a very poor job. Not sealed around the tray, along the trim and sealant on panels at the top missing and incomplete. Black scuff marks left on the ceiling. Root cause identified that the trader uses contractors for some parts and clearly doesn't inspect their work therefore had to withhold payment (although pressured on email to pay) to make sure it was put right. Most rectified I'll complete sealing.
