Cannot recommend highly enough, Paul and his team transformed our back garden to a lovely stone paved area with a section levelled for rubber matting for our toddlers play area. His work is to a very high standard and he was very professional. When we get more work done in the future we won't hesitate to contact him again.

The job was a complete en-suite shower room renovation. The existing fixtures and fittings were removed and a complete new suite installed. This requires alterations to one of the walls to increase the size of the room, and plasterwork in the en-suite and adjoining room. The wall and floor were completely tiled and new lighting, shower, basin and WC were fitted. The reason that Wayne got the job was that he appeared very professional from the outset. He arrived right on time, was knowledgeable, willing to provide ideas and provided a detailed written quote and work schedule. He allowed me the option of choosing my own materials, which he would then purchase for me to save me any hassle. He dealt with the suppliers and took delivery of the goods. One other confidence booster is the fact that he didn't take a penny until the job was complete and I was completely satisfied. Once the job began, minor changes to the specification weren't a problem. Wayne accepted changes, and provided verbal cost updates if the change had a cost impact. I would have to say that he is more than fair in terms of the additional cost of his labour and didn't take a mark-up on materials. Throughout the job he was very punctual, and his work ethic was exceptional. He obviously takes great pride in what he does, and it shows in the finished product. I would certainly recommend Wayne.

I used paul macmillan, the selfemployed tradesman who was excellent in all 3 categories of rating. I would certainly use this man again. and would have no hesitation in recommending him to friends.

Took a bit longer than expected due to various problems due to the age of the existing boiler - but we ended up with what we wanted. Very professional and kept us informed about everything that was going on and what would be required and why. Would recommend Jamie.

We needed one of our empty properties system drained whilst it remains emptied, and it was completed the same day. Great job done and would highly recommend! We have other works to be completed in the future and we will most definitely be a returning customer.

We can not recommend this company highly enough as the work has been completed now and was done quickly and very efficiently with the minimum of fuss. At the start the job was explained efficiently with no boring jargon. The staff completed the job that required heavy lifting and careful thought and now we have the window we wanted, which is huge, and the room was left totally neat and tidy. Hired PH3 home improvements to carry out some plastering work for me.Ricky was fantastic from the start of the process to completing the job. Although the original start date was changed to the following day I was kept informed and had been flexible about the start date anyway. Vlad worked very hard, helped me to make decisions by listening and advising, then produced neat work and left everything very tidy. I'd definitely recommend him and his work.
