The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. Quick reply but the job was not done properly. Screws were not installed correctly and 2 of them were missing the screw heads. I had to call another carpenter to fix it.

Although we would have loved to have given a 5 star review Kierran sadly let himself and the team down. Getting the works that were agreed and standard snagging finished was v.hard work at the end. We were also meant to be given a 2 year guarantee which has not been provided and we have been left with two badly damaged walls and a radiator that is not working properly/at all. Kierran told us they couldn't come back till June 2025 to sort! and we were given a £50 refund.. Pretty disappointing and sad
