Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. Jobs I undertake are general handyman job like electrical, plumbing, central heating, power flushing central heating, painting decorating,kitchen and bathroom refit, fencing and groundworks. You can really do just about anything! How I normally charge is call out charge of £100 this covers the first hour then £50 an hour thereafter plus materials/ parking. Some services are charged at a different rate for example: emergency call out and weekend rate is normally higher rate. • power flush to central heating system charge is £450 including all chemicals and inhibitor to the system this covers six radiators any more than 6 radiators there is an extra charge at £100 per radiator extra .

The remark 'You do not have any choice.' completed this sorry picture, with permanent bargaining. Then, ignoring that customers' reviews are customers' prerogative, the plumber asked for a '5 star' rating. This disqualifies any rating previously received. Sorry, business manners seldom come amiss.

Chris provided a stunningly good service from the beginning quote to the finished product 4 weeks later. He fitted the work in quickly, sourced all the materials delivering new tiles for me to look at to my front door; and went all the way to Watford to fetch them because they weren't available locally; he communicated regularly, and oversaw the job in my absence. The entire refit was done in a week as promised, and the quality of everything is absolutely superb. My new bathroom is just stunning.
