After a few days, coming back to the house, the material bubbled so my floor had small marks. So they either didn't air the material out properly with the rack or they have mixed the material for too long that they introduced too much air in the mixing. Just make sure and remind them not to introduce too much air when mixing the material.

Terry did a fantastic job of renovating my kitchen. From start to finish there was excellent communication and quote given was good. No hidden extras. Work was of a high standard and would highly recommend Terry to anyone.

I wouldn't hesitate to contact Paul in the future. He arrived at the time agreed and set about finding the problem. He explained the problem and work he had carried out in detail (yet understandable to a lay-person). The price was what I was anticipating and I wouldn't hesitate to contact him again in the future if needed.

A very professional job. David was extremely helpful in suggesting a suitable replacement for our old en-suite shower. The finished product exceeded our expectations. Dan worked long days to get the job finished on time and was always courteous and friendly. He was excellent value for money and provided all receipts for materials that he had bought. The quality of his workmanship was high, his tiling in particular is quick and very well finished. He completed a number of fiddly jobs with no fuss and left the house tidy at the end of each days work. We would recommend Dan for good value and workmanship on any bathroom refurbishment.

This is the only plumber I have ever used that has actually turned up when he said he would. Not only that, but the service was excellent and he completed a 2 day job (new boiler and shower) in just 1 day! He even cleaned up after himself. I would not hesitate to recommend Brendan and will be using him again in the future

T.I.Installations removed our old bathroom (bath+shower and wash basin)and toilet and a wall which was between the two to install a new bathroom which now includes bath,separate shower,wash basin and toilet.The end result is excellent.T.I. are good tradesmen,cooperative,and friendly.The only fault is we made payments as the work was progressing and requested a final comprehensive invoice on completion but this was not given to us. All info.was recorded on T.I.'s Iphone so better admin.etc.is recommended.

Graham and Dave have completed my job in full and to a really high standard. The quote given was competitive and no unforeseen extras added. They left the work area clean and tidy. I would recommend Cheslett Property Maintenance and I will hopefully be using them soon to complete my project.

Within a few hours of the job going up Chris was here, it was a tougher job than expected as our leak was behind tiles. It turns out the kitchen filters had caught a pipe and tried to cover it rather than repair properly. Chris took photos and videos for our insurers resulting in a successful claim, he fixed the leak and also did everything he could to keep the cost down - testament to his honesty and years of experience. I 100% recommend him.
