We will happily discuss work over the phone instead of attending with a callout charge, particularly for small repairs. Carl called, called in and had a good discussion on our ideas… then quick turnaround on costs / Scope of works. Leaving us plenty of time to think about, with contact back… but never ever pushy! Next stage was a an arranged visit to the showroom, and have to say the standards were a lot higher than I could imagine. Very high quality products and quality of finishes… so it was a no-brainer Currently having works starting, to a time frame which suited us… so went above and beyond the customer satisfaction

With over 20 years tiling experience, specialising in all aspects of tiling from kitchen splash backs to full wet rooms. We are a small local and friendly business, offering a wide range of services to complete most projects. We like to provide my customers with a good standard of workmanship, and a tiling service which is friendly, reliable and clean. Were more than happy for you to call for a free quote (but please note, a visit to see the job is a must, as it is impossible to provide and accurate and thorough quote over the phone). Time needs to be spent working on preparation. The positioning (layout) of the tiles is very important. Tiling is all about aesthetics & balance. Its worth knowing that we can provide a complete bathroom service, including plumbing and Electrical work. Please note that I have public liability insurance. Please also note that when purchasing tiles you must buy an extra 10%. This is to allow for cuts & wastage. Waste disposal is the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed prior to the job being undertaken. In most cases we are 'local' to you & you can always contact us via mobile/landline/email My public liability insurance is with a company called 'Simply Business'. Further details can be provided on request. Please remember, there are certain things you should/should not do in tiling. We do not cut corners. We do things the correct way (even if it takes us longer to complete the job). As a result, we will only tile a surface that is suitable for tiling onto. We, at times, have had to turn down jobs where customers want me to tile unstable or unsuitable surfaces. You will notice that VAT is not included in the pricing. So please do not ask for a VAT exempt price. VAT is paid on all materials purchased for the job. We will provide a breakdown of services offered. There should be no shocks when it comes to payment time.. Ask the tiler questions about the job you want completing. The tiler should be able to give you ideas about what tile size to use, what colour grout is best suited to the tile etc.

We found Kazem and Mo to be very hard working who were more than qualified to complete the job in hand, They take pride in there work leaving the area clean and tidy at the end of the day. I would happily recommend them for any household renovation.
