Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. I have provided a phone number in the chat. A £8000 job falling apart in less than a year is really poor work. It would be great if fixed by yourselves. At least you are saying 10 years guarantee here on line.
Thanks for having a look at us on rated people, we are a property maintenance company, that specialise in converting garages and garden buildings into offices, gyms, mancaves, bedrooms and pretty much anything you would like to use your space for. We will manage the entire project with in house electrician, roofer, joiners etc. We also specialise in flat roofing, mainly EPDM rubber roofs and GRP. Aswell as this, we run various maintenance contracts for homes and commercial premises alike. So, whatever your project, we would love to get involved!
John is a really nice guy, I'd love to rate his actual work but after chasing for quotes for a few weeks I should have realised. I've been constantly chasing for three months to get the work complete. No option but to return insurance cheque for payment for the work I can't get completed and go through the whole process again with someone reliable. Shame as i said he seemed a really nice guy!.

I've never left negative feedback before but so upset by Oliver Guest that I feel that others should be make aware. Despite numerous texts & promises, he fobs you off & will not finish the job. Left with a dishwasher with no door, missing plinths and no soft closers. Also, the utensil drawers have dropped already. I booked him to finish kitchen on Sat Dec 8th on 13th SEPT (job started at Easter) &despite; confirmation text on 1st Nov he still didn't turn up. Always has an excuse. Stay away.
Handyman, most aspects of work undertaken
Came to fit a new shower tray and enclosure 19/12 and fit a lintel over a fire which was done well.However the shower we found 2 days after, due to waiting for sealant to dry, is unusable as the water does not drain away and floods the floor, also the tiles they put on around the shower fell off the wall as they were not stuck on properly before grout. I had paid them the day the job was done .I asked Paul to rectify it and he said he would on 31/12,then didn't attend & told me to get another plumber !
