Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. Ola came on time to refit an old gas hob that needed replacing. He initially came to quote and he purchased the hob I wanted with full correspondence throughout. His work was first class taking his time to ensure all was in-order during the re-fit. Ola even fixed a gas isolation issue that was required for the gas supply to the hob - only charging for the parts. I have no hesitation in using Ola again and can thoroughly recommend his knowledge and workmanship.
Jason came to provide me a new lawn, as the previous was installed very poorly. The end result is fantastic, but for me it was the craftsmanship on display up to that point that really impressed me. Jason and his team were professional throughout the job and also provided an excellent service at a not-so-expensive outlay. I throughly recommend Jason, and he is a good person to add. Good quote and communication about date for work. Start time confirmed for Monday 13th February at 9. I ordered all the things needed ready for the work. But, then he did not arrive and I phoned at three times with no answer and no response on Whatsapp since. No explanation why he did not turn up. This subsequently means my daughter is sleeping in front room until I can find someone else.
