Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. Florin did a good job for my elderly mother in June. However, the pump that he installed stopped working 2 months ago and despite numerous calls, texts and emails, he has failed to respond. The pump is guaranteed and he has the paperwork so we are stuck. Very poor after care which has totally changed my initial view.
Jason has quoted us a very reasonable price and came out of his way to review a job for us - we will be contacting him in the very near future as we have to concentrate on another part of our home first.. but we found Jason to be very accommodating, professional.

The best tradesman I’ve ever encountered! Always respectful, clean and tidy. A great work ethic trying to find solutions to problems and extremely hard working. Nicu is incredibly knowledgeable about every building work including plumbing, roofing, insulation, tiling, general decoration.
