Florin did a good job for my elderly mother in June. However, the pump that he installed stopped working 2 months ago and despite numerous calls, texts and emails, he has failed to respond. The pump is guaranteed and he has the paperwork so we are stuck. Very poor after care which has totally changed my initial view.

Great worker. Did an excellent job.
Plumbing Repair & Maintenance
Fixed my leak but left the toilet not flushing properly - I let him know the next day but was on holiday and told him I would call him when I returned. I have since been unable to get in touch with him using the only mobile number I have - does anybody know what's happened to this guy? I'll give him more stars if I ever hear from him again.
