Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. Found James through rated people to do a full kitchen refurbishment. This wasn’t the easiest project, when stripped out their were issues found. But James and other trades he brought in, that carried out the work were very professional and finished the work to a really high standard. He sorted a leak in the shower hose and gave me good advice about general maintenance. His colleague replaced the sealant behind my kitchen sink and did an excellent job taking time and trouble to complete the job properly. They both cleared up well after the jobs were completed. Simply terrible! We asked for a new front door to be painted. Adam arrived without anything to protect the floor and without proper masking tape (paint has bled through everywhere he has placed it). After completing the first coat there was paint everywhere including our floor and walls and then refused to take responsibility. The actual paint job itself is very poor. We asked him not to return to finish the job. Hugely disappointing!
