Frank and his sons have totally refurbished our house. We are looking forward to moving back into what feels like a new build house. Very pleased that the work was completed on schedule. We had on going discussions on budgets and costs and Frank was always willing to adapt as required. First time I've engaged a tradesman after becoming a homeowner. Explained exactly what needed to be done and why (shows me evidence of various bit clogging up thanks to limescale) kept me informed when he was going to be late (this was down the snowy conditions) all work done on time and as expected things work so much easier now. Left the flat in a good clean condition afterwards.
