Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. Paid £650 to damp proof a small area next to my patio door and as at today the area is still wet. Contacted Michael numerous times as he said that the work is guaranteed for 10 year and I can contact him anytime if there is any issues but I’ve had no response. Will write this one off as a bad experience and will get a reputable company to correct it. I will not be using this company again and would not recommend as I don’t believe that damp proofing is something that he does.

Im a plumber with 18years experience, i do not touch heating systems as im not gas registerd, im reliable and respond with in 24 hours to view/fix problem. Carry most materiels on van unless its a specific item then that can be arranged.. I also do pvcu, door lock/cylinder lock changes
Giving 1 star as I initially contacted Tom in May about a sink replacement which he came out to us quickly and stated the sink we had bought wasn't correct and he would source one for us to fit. He asked for £100 as a "deposit" which I sent and he left. After several failed attempts to rearrange a fitting date Tom stopped replying to me and I had to threaten a bad review to get a response. I have given him more than enough of my time and patience but I am yet to receive a refund which Tom said he would do.
