I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone, out of the 4 jobs they quoted for they did 3. Wanted to charge an additional £150 to fit 1 of the radiators and I declined as it wasn't in my budget, the only thing that worked once they left was the new bathroom taps, the new heated towel radiator didn't work, they didn't even test it before they left, the kitchen sink jamal put back in was leaking from the taps and waste.

You also gave me 1 week to get the work done before you left for 3-4 months. As I said, my feedback was accurate. You seemed nice and willing to help, but the minute I asked for a different more secure way to get you money you told me to forget it. PayPal is tracked, and secure.

So I found this site and put my job on here I needed doing … two bed terraced home to have the front rendered . Nicolae called me very quickly and we agreed a price ! He and one other came over to do the job! They worked tirelessly all day and did a spectacular job! Very happy with the work Mosaic did. They did 2 bathroom makeovers, they were let down by a tile supplier which delayed our timetable but in general the team were good to work with, focussed, and listened to what we wanted. Also very helpful on design, selection of materials, and adjusting for problems discovered when ripping out the old bathrooms. I would be happy to recommend and use them again.

A guy called Michael showed up, gave it all the large talk about what he would do. Gave him an address for another project also out of goodwill so he didn’t have to buy another lead. Promised to get back to me despite promising me he would return that week to do the work. Instead just ignored every phone call and message. He kept mentioning about wanting to do it in the evening…. This was impossible as it was a shopfront. Absolutely no balls, AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!
