Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. Both the toilet unit and the sink unit have not been drilled to the wall, they’re just held in place by sealant. Not sturdy! Taps not connected the right way so hot comes out the cold and vice versa. Thorough checking of this company shows that they are a waste disposal company, they are not plumbers so shouldn’t have contacted me about my plumbing job!
