Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. Two stars are for the bathroom which looks good and works well. However, the communication was terrible, the contractor Lewis Brown was not able to produce a receipt for the work and parts and finally he did not pay the builders who worked on site. I will not be using the service again and would not recommend any one else to either.

Mohammed who responded to my job, was polite and and keen to do my jobs. He was young and clearly very inexperienced as he was not prepared to return to look at two of the jobs that were not completed correctly, even though he offered a 6 months guarantee. I had to call in another tradesman to fix one of the jobs done by Mohammed and this was costly. Be aware of his inexperience in DIY jobs.
