Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. I branched into installing and repairing dairy parlours that can handle hundreds of litres of milk and water an hour, so there is no room for errors which has made me a bit of a perfectionist.
