Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. I've changed my rating as the toilet seat that was supplied broke after a few months. Not the plumbers fault but when I contacted him he ignored me. Not great service.
Actually, didn't do the job I posted on Rated people, but carried out other work for me. This was to a good enough standard that I have asked to be quoted on getting more work done along the lines of what was ordinarily asked for.

Attended promptly but did not conplete all the work I asked for. Just changed a fuse and replaced a light switch. When I asked him to return to complete the work he was very reluctant to do so.
Turned up on time for both the estimate and doing the job. They were polite and professional. I have to mark them down a bit on tidying up afterwards but that was not a serious concern and I would happily use them again.

Having badgered for confirmation, the day before the engineer was due to arrive, I received a text saying they wouldn't be coming and if I wanted to rearrange then to get in touch otherwise the job was closed. Lee booked me in to do the work on 3 occasions over a period of 2 weeks and didn't turn up for any of them! I tried contacting the office but nobody was answering the phone, and even more frustrating, the answerphone wouldn't accept any messages. Lee did apologise and promised to ring me this Monday to sort it out - guess what? He hasn't rung me. Totally untrustworthy.
