Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. Rang back the same day. I didn't use them as I had a better quote from a local plumber and slightly quicker but, at least they rang and sounded very professional gave a rough quote for the work required which was reasonably competitive and a reasonable future date for the work to be done.

Terry was great, he came promptly, was friendly and carried out the work needed to a good standard, will use again.
Attended promptly but did not conplete all the work I asked for. Just changed a fuse and replaced a light switch. When I asked him to return to complete the work he was very reluctant to do so.
Turned up on time for both the estimate and doing the job. They were polite and professional. I have to mark them down a bit on tidying up afterwards but that was not a serious concern and I would happily use them again.
