Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. Aaron came out quickly to give us a quote to change bath to step in shower. Gave us a good price and was able to fit us in because of a cancellation. Had a couple of issues with finishing touches but Aaron was as good as his word and came back out to fix them. Tidy worker and good communication throughout the whole process.

Jamie came when he said he would be, in fact he came early. Removed my sink/vanity unit to be able to get to the taps on my bath which he was replacing the non-existent nuts on. He had to nip out and get a new nut for my sink as the existing one was broken and also replaced the clack waste on my bath. Job was done in a couple of hours and my bathroom was put back to how it was and he also re-glued my bath panel which I had removed myself. Overall job very well done and I will be using Plumbing UK again
