Quick to respond.. He made an appointment to come and quote within the hour. Arrived promptly and diagnosed the problem and sent a quote. Booked in 2 days later to fix our leak. He was the 4th plumber we had asked to do the job in 5 years. Only one who has actually fixed it.

Absolutely fantastic service. Arrival time - unheard of in its speed. Neat job. Very polite and efficient. He could have charged extra for additional work but was honest in saying it wouldn’t help, so agreed price reduced - great integrity. I would highly recommend, a real grafter- for sure. I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Scott. I scheduled an appointment to have a boiler installed, but they stood me up not once, not twice, but three times! Each time, I was made to wait for hours with excuse after excuse about delays, only for them to never show up. I received a prompt response for my job posted. I had a leak in my bathroom and it was identified that the water was leaking through the silicon seal. The job didn't take that long to redo the silicon and only a part of silicon was removed and redone. In three weaks it again started leaking from the same area as it was not done properly. I wouldn't have worried paying £90 for that job if it had not occurred again. However, I had to hire someone to redo the silicon layer again. Which is a bit disappointing.

Mostly a good service but some bathroom work had to be re-done because the plan wasn't followed. Their communication wasn't good and things that they said would be done were not. I was surprised to find they were storing their equipment in the new bath. Fortunately, no damage was done. Overall rating 3.
