The job was a complete en-suite shower room renovation. The existing fixtures and fittings were removed and a complete new suite installed. This requires alterations to one of the walls to increase the size of the room, and plasterwork in the en-suite and adjoining room. The wall and floor were completely tiled and new lighting, shower, basin and WC were fitted. The reason that Wayne got the job was that he appeared very professional from the outset. He arrived right on time, was knowledgeable, willing to provide ideas and provided a detailed written quote and work schedule. He allowed me the option of choosing my own materials, which he would then purchase for me to save me any hassle. He dealt with the suppliers and took delivery of the goods. One other confidence booster is the fact that he didn't take a penny until the job was complete and I was completely satisfied. Once the job began, minor changes to the specification weren't a problem. Wayne accepted changes, and provided verbal cost updates if the change had a cost impact. I would have to say that he is more than fair in terms of the additional cost of his labour and didn't take a mark-up on materials. Throughout the job he was very punctual, and his work ethic was exceptional. He obviously takes great pride in what he does, and it shows in the finished product. I would certainly recommend Wayne.

Took a bit longer than expected due to various problems due to the age of the existing boiler - but we ended up with what we wanted. Very professional and kept us informed about everything that was going on and what would be required and why. Would recommend Jamie.

I can't rate Magic Builders highly enough, they are really reliable and professional and take a huge amount of care in what they do. I would recommend they to anyone and I have asked them to do more work for me as they did such a good job initially.

Simon fitted curtain poles (including a bay curtain pole) and hung curtains for is. He turned up on time, was very professional and efficient and completed the work to a very high standard. I would definitely recommend him and intend to use him again for other work around our flat.

Kevin turned up as arranged to assess job and followed up with a written quote. As with all building/repair work (especially on an old house) there were some teething problems, but Kevin listened and dealt with everything we discussed. Brian was excellent from start to finish. Very personable and a very neat worker, laying a protective covering over my hall carpet and stairs, which meant no mess on my carpets and floors. We went with a full bathroom refurb and I’m delighted with the end result. Pricing was also competitive. 10/10, would highly recommend.

Avonbank plumbing done a cracking job on my shower replacement. Punctual, no mess, very quick and efficient. Top class job. Would recommend to family and friends.
