The quotes been agreed on the same day and the tradesman has not got back to me despite sending messages a to him. The job has not been started yet as I have not got any further. He has absolutely not communicated with me. I had to rate him because he has not explained the reason. I did not want to rate him badly because there may be compelling reasons, this is the second bad experience in as many times I have had to use your website

James Morris did some structural work for us, converting our separate kitchen and lounge into an open-plan kitchen. He also converted a guest loo into a laundry and did some other minor renovation works. His customer service skills are outstanding and the quality of workmanship is excellent. He and his team have a very good work ethic and were very happy to work through weekends at our request to expedite the job. I would recommend him without reservation, and will definitely use him again in the future.

Rohan did a complete bathroom refurbishment for me. He was diligent and tidy and the final job looks great. He turned up every day early and worked the full day. He came back after completion to fix a snag too - so good aftercare. Good guy, would recommend him.

Igor was very accommodating to our needs, always cleaned up at the end of the day, and finished the work quickly without compromising on quality. Very reliable & good quality work - after being told by another tradesman this was going to be an awkward, lot more expensive job we were expecting the worst but the problem was sorted straight away & at a lot less cost! Andrew gave a written quote, which I thought was a little on the high side but after negotiation we agreed a price, Andy turned up on time, was diligent, clean working and thought about what was required before attacking the job, would I recommend him? yes definately, he's polite, diligent and honest.

Tom did a good job on replacing old boiler. The best about him is that he does care about his customers. The boiler replacement jobs should have lasted for 2 days and we were expecting no hot water and heating for both days. However Tom didn't leave the job 1st day until we had a hot water and heating in household for overnight use! Great Service!
