The quotes been agreed on the same day and the tradesman has not got back to me despite sending messages a to him. The job has not been started yet as I have not got any further. He has absolutely not communicated with me. I had to rate him because he has not explained the reason. I did not want to rate him badly because there may be compelling reasons, this is the second bad experience in as many times I have had to use your website

Plumbing Repair & Maintenance
Mike came to fix a leak in my toilet, (which in between time, I then purchased a different one), so I messed him around with the day we originally agreed. He was extremely patient with my indecisiveness. Arrived on time, fitted the new toilet, quickly and to a very high standard. He even took away the old one! Reasonably Priced & I have already booked him to come again and fit me a new bath, as I'm inspired to do the rest of the bathroom, due to finding an honest genuine tradesperson. Highly Recommend ??

Mike answered the advert straight away, came the next day gave us a very reasonable price and there were no hidden extras. Left the working area very tidy. Would definitely recommend him and use him for future work.
