Darren provided practical solutions to an unusual build, and a proper estimate. As the work was about to start the spec' changed a few times, and Darren was helpful with that. We agreed a new price and signed a straightforward agreement. Security was never an issue - we had no issue with giving Darren keys and access. He turned up when he said he would and always went through the issues of the day and the progress of the day on site and on the phone. The project has worked out really well, and it has been a very good working relationship. We have no hesitation in recommending Darren - he was helpful throughout, including managing the occassional curved ball. He runs work from a joinery led perspective, and has a wide range of understanding about the other trades and what should happen when. A pleasure to work with!

Igor was very accommodating to our needs, always cleaned up at the end of the day, and finished the work quickly without compromising on quality. Absolutely fantastic job. I would 100% recommend Miro, I’m always wary of letting anyone carry out work in my house due to us being very house proud. Miros workmanship is first class his communication was excellent and gave us plenty of advice to make sure the job was completed to the highest standards. Very reliable & good quality work - after being told by another tradesman this was going to be an awkward, lot more expensive job we were expecting the worst but the problem was sorted straight away & at a lot less cost! Andrew gave a written quote, which I thought was a little on the high side but after negotiation we agreed a price, Andy turned up on time, was diligent, clean working and thought about what was required before attacking the job, would I recommend him? yes definately, he's polite, diligent and honest.

Tom did a good job on replacing old boiler. The best about him is that he does care about his customers. The boiler replacement jobs should have lasted for 2 days and we were expecting no hot water and heating for both days. However Tom didn't leave the job 1st day until we had a hot water and heating in household for overnight use! Great Service!

Simon Powell provided a very reasonable quote for the supply and installation of a new boiler, and took the time to investigate different options for locating the boiler in my house. He always turned up when he said he would, worked hard for all the time he was at my house and was thoroughly professional. He also cleaned up the work area at the end of each day and was always good-natured. I would recommend him and his work anytime.

Tony and the Keep Cosy team were fantastic! Tony was so helpful throughout the whole process and really listened to what we wanted. We were really particular about the tiling and we would come home from work and Tony would've left tiles on our porch for us to see, this was in his own time even before he'd started the job! The finish of the bathroom is beautiful! We are so pleased and would definitely recommend them!
