He came out on short notice and did not leave until all the work was completed. Carl remained patient and focused His suggestion resulted in me investing in a WetVac which will come in extremely handy for future blockages. He sorted a leak in the shower hose and gave me good advice about general maintenance. His colleague replaced the sealant behind my kitchen sink and did an excellent job taking time and trouble to complete the job properly. They both cleared up well after the jobs were completed. A guy called Michael showed up, gave it all the large talk about what he would do. Gave him an address for another project also out of goodwill so he didn’t have to buy another lead. Promised to get back to me despite promising me he would return that week to do the work. Instead just ignored every phone call and message. He kept mentioning about wanting to do it in the evening….
